HELP THE ROOKIE. I just rec'd a used 35-105mm zoom lens I bought

sight-unseen. Its outer body appears well-maintained and it seems to

move smoothly. However, when I hold it up to light and look from the

frontend down to the mounting end I notice what appears to be fine

dust particles on the inner lens glass towards the camera-body end.

Is this common? Can it be cleaned or is it shot? I'm going to shoot

a roll of film to see if it has an effect on the pictures. But in

the interim, please advise. All I know is my brand new lens is

crystal clear (of course) and this one is noticeably different.

I need a professional opinion. I just bought the above listed lens

for my Canon T70. I paid less than $25 and even got a 72mm HOYA

SKYLIGHT(1B) FILTER thrown in as well. The lens appears to be fine

but I've never heard of this brand. I bought it because at that

price it was worth the gamble. Can anyone tell me if I just threw

away $25 or did I just get a great deal???
