There's a photo in there somewhere, but I'm not sure you have captured it since for me the two tree trunks are overpowering the whole.
The stream on the right and the lines of the fences look as if they should be better used and this might have been so with a different angle of shooting.
I like the winter lighting. This is effective.

This stuff grows to about 8 inches (20 cms) high and the bright yellow
lasts about a week before fading. Taken in February in my island home
of Cyprus.

Very nice indeed. Love the variety of the subdued colours and the timing is just right, with the tide out and the sunshine coming in low and left. Just the right amount of sky showing as well.

The lighting reflected off the road does it all for me. Nice shot with action. Good exposure.

The light in the upper half of the photo is super, but for me there is inadequate detail in the foreground. Just lightening it a fraction would improve the whole.

Paul, unfortunately the colours are a too pale, with the grass looking very bleached and the sky non-existant. If the sky was grey then you need a gray grad. filter to give it a bit of colour. If you had taken the meter reading from the grass, then the tree and the grass would not have been overcome from the bright light.

Yes ! I like this better than the first I saw and commented on.

Lovely soft and varied colours. Very nice shot.

Very nice Rajesh, especially the range of subtle colours.

Lovely Sameer. Good symmetry and perspective. A ray of sunshine would have been perfect, but we can't have evrything !! Looks like one of those Portuguese forts over there ??

One of the most photographed landmarks in the world. You have managed a bit of 'difference'. Well done. I would be interested to know the length of the exposure.

Comments, ratings and critiques very welcome.

Life in India dictates you just go with the flow, but this seemed a very slow 'flow'.

The title says it all. Very good.

Bill, I think its just different. Good focus and framing, etc. but in both cases I think there is too little detail in the rock face to the right.

An abandoned (and rather dangerous) old boat on our local beach
shore. I hope I have captured its decrepit state. Comments
appreciated.

Nice, but the building is leaning due to use of wide angle lens. Can you straighten it out in Photoshop, or another software ?
-
A happy family photo, but a) the lighting is very flat, b)the in focus background is distracting, and c) the camera is too far away for the real detail as the group is too spread out

I agree with Jeremy re use of such filters, but also agree that here it seems to have worked OK, although contrast between dark and light ground could be a bit too 'harsh' since, if the top is so dark, how would you naturally get such strong sunlight in the lower part. I'm also curious about what appears to be a figure standing to the right of the lower left rock face ???

Very effective B&W shot. Very well composed shot of a very simple subject. It just looks a tiny bit unreal, which makes me wonder how much work was done in Photoshop ??
