I like this, but I think it would have been much better with a wider apature, bluring out the background, expsecially the woman sat on the curb on the top right. In fact cropping everything to the right of the mic stand (including the stand)

What a great find! wonderful colour and detail, the only niggle is the little posts(telegraph???) right on the horizon of the rock above the "attraction point". But that *is* a nit-pick and can be fixed easily. The water has distorted the already interesting rock face, I must keep an eye out for this kind of thing! Great shot!
What focal length was the lens at?

How did you acheive this? I like it!

The composition works. I'm not sure what the guy is facing, which led me to look further, is it a tram, a train or a store front?
-
Most impressive, I'd actually like to see the opriginal before the crop.
-
If you cropped maybe 4 inches off the right hand side, making the bike positioned more to the right of the frame
I'd like this a lot more..... but then, you were doing a panoramic view, so I guess that doesn't really help!

Excellent detail on the bee, some of the white reflections
on the yellow part og the flower are a little "blown", but good job all the same.

Excellent!! The contrast between the light tones on the model's face and the black background and the green in the foreground - superb!
-
The bottom left looks a tad over exposed to me (perhaps only 1/3 EV) which is leading my eye away from the truly excellent landscape that sits just beyond it, I wish I could have a go at shooting that place!! - Cool.
EDIT: Forget the exposure bit above, it looks much better on my monitor at home - spot on!
-
I'd have liked a slightly longer exposure, just to get that bit more blur in the foreground to contrast with the guy sitting down, but I guess your already battling with the overexposed entrance to the station in the distance. Good idea though.

A narrower apature would have been better IMO, but still very good, and a tricky shot to get too!

Hi,
I had to crop this image at the bottom as the guy on the jet ski is
pretty near the shore line, I wanted to give the impression this was
quite a way out (I realise I've left a tiny bit on the bottom left
corner but that can be fixed). I've upped the contrast a bit in
photoshop. Can I have opinions on how perhaps this could be better,
I myself, would have liked to not have the yacht in the background on
the horizon on the right and maybe have a less dark sky, but when
your exposing for the spray I guess thats difficult.

Beautiful colours and detail in the wings. Good Job

I love this!! its like a crowd at a concert!
I only wish I lived in a place that could grow sunflowers
so I could steal... sorry borrow this idea
-
I'd maybe take a little of the bottom but otherwise
Excellent composition, if the sky was clearer it'd be even better (but you can't do much about that!)
-
I only noticed the tree on the reflection of the tree on the left when you mentioned it so I wouldn't worry. Excellent Job!

Nice composition especially from a moving ferry,
gotta love those blues and Velvia ;)

Thats a fair point Bowen, I was only really trying to get a view along the length of the log,
but having a new 24mm lens I couldn't resist the
square end of the log being up close. Its something for me to bear in mind in the future

Hi,
I had to crop this photo in PS to get rid of a big footprint
I'd left in the sand. Is there too much sky now?
Any other comment?

If that hasn't been photoshopped thats soooooooo impressive! is that Lake Michigan? - its pretty damn calm!

I found it tough to avoid the highlights at the top of the frame,
anyone got any suggestions?
