Pictures of landsapes and buildings usually looks better when they are aligned with the horizon. Also, there are too much dark space(shadows) in the picture wich makes it less interesting. May be you can walk closer to the building next time and get a tighter shot. In addition, you can try to crop out the right side of the building to make a well balance picture which emphasize symmetry.
