Good image, yet it makes me uneasy. Is it a parody of the nudes we se so much of here on photo.net?

The image looks very good on paper. On he web there is a lot of
strange "aberrations" or whatever they are called - the blotchy look
in the upper half of the frame.
This is my first try at desaturating, then re-coloring in PS. It is
much easier than I thought.
Please provide me with feedback.

This is the first image I have scanned and worked on where I actually
read my scanner manual and Photoshop book. I (think I) learned how to
add a border, shadow, and copyright info. I may forget it all
tomorrow.... Please comment on if the drop shadow and signature
should be darker, bigger, etc.
Oh yeah, please comment on the actual image image as well. ;)

This is really cool, but I find the vapor trail(?) across the top to be a distraction. The tree on its own with out the roofline would be really cool.

This was taken some 20 years ago, when I was just a lad of about 14. Bannack, MT is a true ghost town - not a tourist spot. Just some abandoned buildings in the middle of nowhere. It was a great place to fish for brown trout and adventure around in the old hotel, barbershop, etc. I think this photo is slighly out of focus. I wish it weren't. I tried to help a little with Photoshop. Focus Magic worked better, but I am keeping that a large file for possible printing. Please give me constructive criticism, hints, ideas, etc.

I have no idea why this shows up so large... Technical details should say "small amount of crop and cloned out a small skin blemish in face" instead of "sharpening and contrast."
Any comments are greatly appreciated.

Please offer you opinion. And take a look at my tiny portfolio. I am
just starting to get some photos online.

I don't have a very good scanner, and I am not really sure how to get the best resolution out of it for posting. This looks quite grainy on my screen.
