Hi Alain,
thanks for your comment. I was looking for a different angle and wanted to make a dramatic image of this beautiful church.
Best regards,

Hi Peter,
thanks for your visit. It has been some time since I´ve been here.
About the lower left corner. Because of the manipulation rules in PN, I left it as is. If publishing the image in a book, no question.
There is another thing I forgot to mention in my earlier comment. The cooperation between the church tower, flag post and the lamp post is good and in opposite direction with the climbing clouds. The sky in Iceland is very often beautiful.
Best regards,

Hi Gianluigi, Alf, Irene and Paul,
thank you for your visit and kind comments.
Irene has answered the other comments very well.
The church is not completely in the center when you take a look at it with the lower part in the shadow. However, the climbing clouds to the left and the small tree to the right makes a pefect balance of the image in my opinion.
Best regards,
Baldur

I forgot that I posted the last photo "Hotel Earth" 2008. I have another angle of view of this house in my folder. The caption of that photo is "Phobia"

I´ve been away from the PN community since 2006. This shot was
made that year. My feeling for the house was that it is not deserted.
Would be thankful for your comments, ratings and thoughts.

Michelle, Goran and Peter, many thanks for your visit and comments. I have been away for some time but now I am back. Peter, the answer to your question is: A small sheepcote. The population (three sheeps) can be viewed in the background. Kind regards, Baldur
