I cloned out the pole and the tree in your excellent photo for fun and it looks pretty nice. (In a low-res copy not to be distributed of course.) Is that sort of distortion of reality considered un-cool? If so, are lenses and shutter settings that change the way an image would look to a human eye on the scence also frowned upon? Just curious.
