You are a great photographer and a great subject. Please keep working on this. The lighting is perfect. the interplay of light and shadows creates a scenario that is at once beatiful and mysterious.
Now for the challenge: Do with your genitalia what you have done with the male genitalia. The results will be chilling, I am sure.

look for a better location, and for something that creates tension. you could also use a $10,000 close up lens. Like they use in Sports Illustrated. Then we're talking action!

These three are partners in crime. They live together and spend time figuring out how to shock and amuse their owners. Once in a while the cats (yes, there are two in this picture) will tell a bird joke, and the bird gets all sensitive. But it's all in good fun. The bird is the elder statesman. He has been around for 20 years. The cats are 7 and 6 years old.

so we both have cats and bird pics. wonderful.
I like theuse of the mirror.
This is a fun shot, so I will not give it a real critique.

The screen provides a nice texture, almost like an oil painting canvass. You did not center the cat... which is a compliment. Most would be tempted to place the cat in the middle. The fact that the window takes up 2/3 of the image (rule of thirds) is why this image is good. I would have turned this a few degrees clockwise (you were not parallel to the ground when you snapped this).
oh, and thank you for looking at ther image of my cats and bird. They are best friends. go figure.

So there they were, all lined up on the windowsill. I could not
adjust the lighting (very bright sunshine).
Please provide your comments and helpful criticism.

Time flies. Still waiting for the light to change.
Your portfolio has grown. Nice work. Looks like you have a new camera as well.
Keep smiling. Still got the Mini?

Please look at the original, also in this folder. Tell me how I
could have used PS to improve my work.
Thanks,

The stars are out. So are the streams of light caused by ancient
pyrotechnics.

...after I saw your comment to Sylvie, where you indicate that you finally posted a nude. Then I stumbled on this one. I see her! And furthermore, I am going to report you to the elves. Your folders will be summarily removed and you will learn about PN censorship the hard way. Now clean up your act. Oh, and that nude of yours deserves a Hummer. Go get her the truck worthy of her ethereal beauty.

So now, forty years after the song was released by CREAM, I understand what it is all about.
Okay, so I am a little slow.
Nice work. Ask Eric Clapton if he is going to reissue his classic work. You may have the cover art.

When ever I feel tense, I like to look at this. A dog's life! Just sitting around, looking out the window. Hoping to spot a squirrel. Hoping to get a chance to run after it.
Lovely image of serenity.

Found this at Andrew's Legacy in Cutchogue, LI.
Appears to be in working order.

Jeanne,
First, thanks for commenting on my doggie photo. What do I know about breeds? Thanks for correcting this.
Now about the tail of the bird...
Looks great. I captured the whole bird, and you got creative and went for the hnd quarters. Different, creative.
All the best!

I shot this through a window that had a screen on it. Still digitizing after all these years.

We do not often see sunrises this lovely in Downingtown. Had to snap
this today as soon as I saw it.
Please comment, critique.
Thanks!

When you produce the entire deck, I want one. This is an instant classic.

Igor,
your work is original and refreshing. I like the choice of setting and the model is definitely quite glamorous. I cannot find such models, but I very happy taking picutres of my dear Zippy, for what it is worth. Go figure.
Here are my questions:
The model appears to be in a dangerous location (atop a cliff?). Why did you choose to get so close to her? Could we see the inherent danger if you were to take this from farther away? I'd like to see that perspective as well. You are the artist, so it is only a request. It is a marvelous image, nonetheless.
Secondly, why the leather accoutrements? Please explain this use of the studded belt and collar. there must be something more that a fashoin statement. Also, the spiked high heels do not appear to be meant for this terrain. Please explain the setup. Did she walk out wearing them or did you have her put them on after she got onto the rock? At any rate, they appear to be quite in contrast with everything else about this image. It gives her a very "sexy" look, and if that is what you were looking for, you did not need the spikes!

Michele,
It has been a long time! I just noticed you are back postining again. So good to see you. Great composition on this one. I like the way you took the "best of the bird" and made it the focal point of this image. Most others including myself would have tried to get the entire brid into the picture, and would have lost this opportunity.
Nice work!
