Roger, your pictures are quite good and have inspired me; your companion is quite lovely. Thanks for posting these complete with f-stop information. Looking to see more. Your scans are also very good; what scanner are you using? Thanks, Lowell

Thank you Ned for the "heads up"; I'll be sure and watch it. Lowell

Hi Mark,
I'll drink to your move back to film; I think the digital is the modern day Polaroid to check your picture before you take it on film.
I'm 76 years old and remember my schooling from Fred Archer in 1948. Probably none of you have ever heard of Fred Archer (he did work with Ansel Adams to develop the zone system. He started his school in 1947 when Art Center had a two year waiting period. His program was just like Art Center only he did'nt have nude photography. He said "taking a nude is like spanking an 18 year old girl; it's fun but it doesn't do any good. Anyway .... cheers

Hi John, congratulations to you both for son George; waiting to see the pictures; he'll have plenty taken in his time I'm sure. About the IIIg. I have a IIIf and a IIIg as well as a M2 and a M6. Of all of these, the M2 is my favorite. Why do you consider it a spare? Not nosy just curious. Best regards, Lowell

Hi John
Take a look at the Voightlander VC lightmeter; see camera quest by Steve Gandy. Handheld or clipped in the accessory shoe on the M3.
