  1. Such a lucky find, this guy was feeding on a Gazelle he'd dragged up a

tree (Mara Reserve, Africa). Had to use a 400 zoom + teleconverter to

get my maximum zoom from where we were parked up. That meant relying

on manual focus, and being handheld it's a miracle I got the image

    this sharp

    Your thoughts are welcome.

    Ohhhhhhh

I'd love this had you been daring enought to crop tightly down and make it a panoramic shot. As it is I still like it a lot. Great shot and well done!

WOAH! Your shots here are deeply disturbing! Wonderful stuff and well done for it... I like!!!

C'mon though, don't they scare you a little?

hard setup to light with dark suit & background. Unfortunately the clothing is lost which i think detracts from what could have been a nice image.

Nice setup but I find the guy in the foreground more of a distraction than an enhancement - perhaps if the model had looked away it would have given the image a more informal and slightly ultra-real look
  2. Lovely shot. The muted tones make the image. I wouldn't worry if it's a little more blown out than you had expected. More saturation would be too much.

Were I to be really picky I'd have rotated the image slightly to lower the left end of the horizon to be level. Fortunately I'm not really picky though so I say "top shot".

    all the best
