while I like the picture in general, I think you have overdone the tone mapping a little with the effect that it looks somewhat unreal.

To me the building near the top makes the picture. It's what gives it a sense of place.

Actually I think the OOF areas are not that great. The highlights clearly show that the aperture has five blades; I´d wish for something closer to a circle here.
