    They closed the high school from which I graduated in 1958. In Springfield, MA, it looks very much like this.

     

    A monument to a time gone by, when they actually taught students to use pronouns properly and the worst offense one could commit was to chew gum in class.

     

    How I covet those times for the children of today, who don't seem to have much of a childhood any more.

    Thanks, Bob, for this. I was desperately in need of some inspiration today.

     

    This time of year, the Rust Belt is just too depressing to photograph. And I'm totally fed-up with dingy models. Your pitcher picture is it!

    Your work continues to catch my eye on this site as well as others. This image illustrates (for me) that art and technique together can be breath-taking. I am so tired of large format used only to photograph tree stumps.
