Don't take me wrong, this IS EXTREMELY good portrait, but I feel that the light is a bit too harsh even for skin that young. Being able to see those tiny red wrinkles under here eyes is a bit diturbing. I know we all trying to avoid photoshop as much as possible, but did you try to do selective desaturation in red channel just for those areas?
