I like the mood this picture creates. The textured grayness of the alley in contrast with the saturated blue sky is very eye catching. The selection borders you made on the sky to manipulate it separately are obvious though. Take more care with you selecting portions of an image for separate manipulation so that the borders don't stand out. If you can still see them, go around the border with the stamp tool to clean it up manually.

Strange place. Nice composition. A little dark maybe. BTW, Nikon D100 records the cameras settings in the image file. Use Nikon View software that came with your camera to see your settings.

I'm always trying to find a view without powerlines. You managed to integrate them nicely. But who are those people? Nice color.
