The white in the eyes and teeth is obviously unnatural. She is very pretty, and probably doesn't need to be photochopped to look nice. I also think the background and the cropping or framing could have been better. The top of her head is not in the picture. -

This photo really caught my attention. The composition of the image really draws your eye from the left to the right of the image. The fact that the subjects are at different distances from the camera further enhances the sense of depth in the photo. In addition, the marking on the wall in the background also draws your eye towards the lady. It's definitely an interesting shot. -
