Very nice picture. What I would like to call it a 'naturel shot'. Just straight ahead, very straight. It also shows many things. The picture is not only about the man, but more about all. Look at the people and the buildings. The building right of the man is probably part of a "hutong", a sort of peoples housing area. All the buildings are from a different periods...
It shows a lot more about this place then you would expect. But most important it shows what it looks like. In this case a street in X'ian.
