I had a similar problem with the orginal model of the SanDisk ImageMate card reader. There was some kind of buffering problem when transferring images to the computer. Apparently the reader could not read fast enough from the newer cards, thus causing the problem (this is all according to SanDisk, who also made the card). You may want to contact the maker of Dazzle and see if there is a compatibility issue. Transferring via my camera cable direct to the computer proved to always work, albeit very slowly.
