Wonderful angle and HDR treatment!

Hi! This is beautiful. A very interesting face, and also a nice photographic technique.
I am just a bit surprised at the man's hat - on my screen at least it appears to be digital black: did you cut it on purpose?
Thanks for posting!

Interesting treatmean of the photo - a curious blend of soft and sharp.

Taken in Bangladesh in 2005. A new foray into B&W photography for
me. Any comments welcome!

A bit too saturated for my taste - but what a nice place!

A very curious picture - I'm thinking: what is going to happen next??? Perfect light. Interesting!

Fantastic picture and DOF. I'm also not keen on the blue only eye / all B&W would have been better.
Thanks for posting! Came here through your fantastic POW!

I recommend viewing in large.

Panorama of 6 stiched pictures.

Fred, A beautiful moment and a humorous title. As has been said above maybe you could try this one in either full silhouette, or try revamping a bit of light from the dark faces to make this one really perfect!

Dear Fred,
I am impressed by this picture of yours. Fantastic sharpness, freezing the action, the water and the fish in mid air. A beautiful composition as well, with the dark / shadow salmon between the other 2. Finally, ballet - like with the 2 tails of the outer fishes pointing towards the central one.
Really splendid! keep posting please!

Street Performer in France. Great skill in manipulating his crystal
ball. I decided to give a different sense to the crystal ball show
and use a little Photoshop Hypnosis effect! tell me if you like this.

Taken with a flash and then post-processed in PS.

Nice, but the top of the picture seems overexposed and burnt to me

Tim,
Good comment. Thanks.
I've added the technical data you've requested.

Excellent picture that really drove me into the game. I looked at the pic, and my first reaction was: Browne is taking a bashing. Actually you've answered that question, and Browne apparently won:)
The glass is a bit distracting and my next reaction was to look at the chess board to see the situation!
Thanks for the pic and well done!

This is in Trastevere, a busy area full of restaurants of Rome.

A classic, almost vintage look.
