This one was taken on a cold day,

the light was not good at all, but as i just received my ND filter,

I was eager to try it out.

So how do you find it ? Is the upper right corner too "busy" ?

Well, I find it just excellent,

the light is also very well captured.

Did you use some sort of ND grad filter to achieve the balance between the foreground and the sun ?

Well this shot was made with the 18 - 70 mm AF-S DX & UV haze filter.

ISO 400

@46 mm

The animal was walking beside our vehicle and suddenly stopped and took that pose. It was about 4 meters away. The sun was very low already that explains the warm "tint"
