  1. I dont know if I feel as strongly as the person above, but I do hav to say that I cant escape thinking that this is a dalight shot that just had a blue filter on. it just looks like a road with a blue filter, nothing more, nothing less

personally I think you have a very successfull composition. I dont think of the vignetting as a negative to the photo, especially when seen against a white backround such as the one on this site. With such a lite wall, the darkened edges set it apart and keep your eye in the photo instead of wondering off onto the backround. Well done.
  2. The lighting is really interesting, and I think there is alot you could do with it. Unfortunately, I find this photo uninteresting. I always ask myself, if I saw this in a magazine, would I stop flipin pages and take a good look at it? for me, the awnser is no in this case. You need a main point of interest, and maybe a photo that isnt quite so buisy. but you are on the right track. :)

I was wondering if you would crop in tighter on the homeless man

(there is very little shadow detail to lighten if I did, he would

remain a black figure) or if you would keep it spacious, and give

more of a sense of lonelyness.

Senior year in high school its tradition to go to the local

photographers and get your wallet sized photos to hand out to any

and everyone so they will always remember you. All of them were so

boring and cliche that I decided to do my own, this was the result.
