This is one of my first attempts at digital photography. I'd like to
know what others think.
-
Interesting. Give it a title.
-
Really draws you in.
-
Serenity now!
-
Wow. This is the kind of image I like and try for myself.
-
Busy? Perhaps. But with a true appreciation for these machines, it's actually very static.
-
Great picture of a great old bird. I used to maintain a fleet of these a few years ago. If you look in my folder "Avenger Days" you'll see the pics, all taken with a Kodak Pony.
-
Aircraft engine photos are very hard to take. I shoud know. As an airline mechanic I've shot hundreds and thrown most away. I like this one.
-
They are leaning over a bit. It's Amsterdam.
-
You can only work with what you've got. It's a neat picture.
-
I'm confused. I can't rate it because I don't know what it is. Isn't a photograph supposed to have identifiable subject matter? Perhaps this is some form of high art that I just don't understand, like chimpanzees do with fingerpaints.

Very nice composition. I also love agfa slide film.
-
They're all great photos. Thank you.
-
I uncompressed it out of curiosity. I still liked it.
-
A wonderful picture. I can hear the radial!
-
A nice capture of a dying beauty. Seems to be being absorbed by the earth. (PS - It's more like '47 Sin)
-
If the entire shot were in focus, it would not have caught my eye. The eye is drawn into the middle.
-
I can almost hear the ice rattling in the trees!
-
Wonderful. Makes me feel like I'm sneaking up on the place!
-
When you go back, try flash fill.
-
The Gargoyle, which is the subject of the photo, is underexposed. You could have opened up a bit for better exposure and to really blur the background.
-
Awesome airplane, Awsome picture.
-
It's a great picture. Is it cropped? I would have preferred to see the whole aircraft.
-
Yup. Hand held with 135mm lens.
