I've just asked a similar question and have yet to come up with an solution. Any luck? I'm shooting a D70, fine-L and get 3008x2000 files.

I need some advice for printing a JPG file. I use the Nikon D70,

image quality Fine, Large, which gives me a file that is 3008 x 2000.

When I open this file in Photoshop 6, the image size reads 72 dpi.

What is the largest size print I can make at 300 dpi?

Does dpi matter? Most of the JPG's from the D70 are between 1.5 -

2.8 mb, and 3008 x 2000.

What additional software do I need to make 30 x 24 inch prints on my

epson 7600??
