Le bateau de droite a eté complété avec certains éléments du troisième bateau de gauche, ajustés par rotation du calque puis modification de la perspective. C'est un peu du bricolage, mais je n'ai pas pu améliorer cette photo au moment de la prise de vue.

The original picture was too busy, with undesired portions of boats in all directions. I cleaned them in PS and recreated a new gradient as the background, with the original colours borrowed from the original picture

I had a great moment witnessing the first rays of light
progressively illuminating this magnificient castle.

Congratulations for such a magnificient first entry. I think you will be a great contributor to this exceptional forum. I look forward to more of your beautiful images.

One of many pictures I took of that leaking tap... Results mostly
unexpected. I still can't explain how the largest drop was formed

A small human silhouette standing out against the geometric
lines of the large concrete structure of la Grande Arche de la
Defense. An exception in Paris where most buildings are low
rise...

Coming from Paris, I felt very good in front of such a quiet
scenery. I hope this photo conveys this peaceful feeling.

Bad weather over Paris... The sun eventually managed a brief
appearance at the end of the day, producing this dramatic view
of the city, still mostly under the clouds cover.

Luminous presence in the middle of the night...
Shot from the 52nd floor of tour Monparnasse.
Hope you like it...Comments welcome

You're right : I am a very poor PS user...Just learning with a cheap copy of PS Elements. As explained in my comments above, this was a tentative effort to save a mediocre "snapshot " and I had a lot of fun doing it, in spite of the fact that the result is not very good...So what ?
Photography for me is fun and a pleasant hobby, not to be taken too seriously.
Thanks anyway, for taking the time to browse through my modest portfolio... If you're interested, then go to http://www.pbase.com/francist/galleries
