I really like the colors, but the lack of a forground element takes away from the overall photograph. Also, the plants sticking out from the bottom are a bit distracting. Great subject, I would love to see another version of it.

Please provide comments on composition. I was trying to show how big

a roll religion plays in Spain. Unfortunately I only had 2 hours to

spend in this southern town in Spain (Jaen, Spain), and was only able

to shoot with midday light.

Thanks for the comments. I live a couple of miles from downtown DC, so I have had plenty of shooting time around all the monuments. It took me 3 hours to get this one. It started before sunset and continued on. I was really looking for something more interesting than just a picture of the lincoln memorial. When I saw this woman streching, I new I found was I was looking for. The only trick was, to get her alone without any tourists around. I shot about a dozen pics at diferrent settings and with and without the car trails. I would say that the contrast in lighting gave me the most problems. I finally chose to get and average light meter reading close the the bottom and shy left of the center colomn. If anyone finds themselfs in DC, drop me a line, and I will show you around.
