on my added photo you can see a summaron with a hood, is this the

standard hood for this lens?

If not does someone of you now the order number of it?

First thanks for all your answer concerning the M4-2-- I think I'm

gonna buy this one.

My M6 has a 'cron 50mm and I'd like to use a wide angle lense for

the second body.

I like the cosina 21/4 Skopar and the heliar 15mm, but which one

would you recommend?

I heard the 21 has a rangefinder coupling, does that mean that you

can focus like the 'cron with it?

I love my M6 which bought a few months ago, I like the way taking

photos with it. And I'm considering of buying a second M body.

My photo dealer has got two black M's both in A+++ condition, first

a M4p for 1100USD and an M4-2 for 850USD.

The only difference I can see is that the M4p has the red Leitz dot

on the rubber finish and of course the name!

Were there any other difference?

As you know the M4-2 was a cheapened M model. Is it right that brand

on the front side of the topplate is stamped not engraved?

Or is it the Leitz symbol on the topplate?

Would buy a Vc-Meter?

I got question to the latest version of the leicameters.

Does a Leicameter work with a CDS Cell?

Can it happen that it sometimes won't work like the MC ?

Or will work always as long as it has enough battery power?

I'm asking because I got the opportunity to get a new never used

Leicameter MR4 black!

Tomorrow I am going to buy me the Heliar 15mm for my M4p. Normally I

use a Leicameter for setting speed and aperature. But I'e to remove

it for the 15mm viewfinder.

So I'm not very experienced in setting the right speed and aperature

without a lightmeter.

Is it necessary to use a lightmeter with 15mm or is there perhabs a

formular for setting the right speed at f5,6`?

Does anyone of you know whether there's a front cap which is

attachable on the hood of a '87 50'cron? I don't like to detach the

hood always put on the small cap on the front element!
