Hi
Thanks a lot for your prompt answers. It's great that there
is such a community of photographers supporting each other. Thanks
again.
Ok, let me give you some more details.
All the pictures with flare were made with the aperture 1.5 hand held. I use Hoya UV filter. I don't use a hood. The lens is very clean.
I don't have scanner so I can't post any picture. I'll try to do it
as soon as possible.
The pictures were taken in the well lit street. Ghost images come from
neons and street lamps. Usually it happens when there is a lot of
darkness and very pronounced sources of light.
I have also Canon 50/1.4 lens and this superb lens doesn't
give flare (almost, sometimes it does but it's not so horrible)
even at 1.4 in the same conditions.
Thanks for help

Hi there,
I have the following problem. Almost every single photo taken with
Nokton 50/1.5 lens in the night in the well lit streets has a horrible
flare and ghost images. Besides this the lens is O.K.
Is it normal for this lens or there is something wrong with
my lens? If there is something wrong with my lens can I use my
warranty and do something about it?
Thanks a lot

Hi.
I've just bought Zeiss Ikon Cocarette medium format camera.
Looks old but it seems to be in working condition (haven't
tried yet). I wonder if anybody could give me some info
about this ancient camera.
Thanks a lot.

Hi Everybody,
Recently I had a converstion with my friend about
nude photography. We live in Singapore and for most
Singaporeans anything associated with nudity is a kind
of taboo (we are caucasians). We wondered what you should do
if you wanted to take nude pictures (of course, I don't
mean pornography) in Singapore. How to find models in
such a conservative society? What do you think?
Thank you
