Its a bit too "dreamy" for my tastes, I don't think that the facial expression matches the mood you're trying to create. I do, however, like the idea a lot. I especially like where the fingers meet the strings-- very neat. -
I like the gentle curves to the face, and the gradual lighting changes-- If it were too contrasty it wouldn't convey relaxation. very well done.

I think this is an excellent shot. You captured a truely happy moment.
I think the color works! The blue shirt adds a bit of visual punch to the image without being distracting. I wouldn't change a thing.
