I wouldn't call it 'just another night shot', but I think it could be made a little more powerful. Two things occur to me. First is that maybe it could be cropped from the side(s) quite a lot. That would have the effect of making the strong diagonal lines (the bridge and its reflection) lead the eye into the picture more satisfactorily, and it could also place the point where those lines converge more off-center than it is now which would add drama/tension. Second I wonder whether it would have been better taken before it was completely dark, so the buildings and the bridge would have more form against a dark, but not black, sky. If you crack the interesting picture issue, let me know!
