  1. Just bought my first Brownie yesterday and am about to load my first roll of film.

But I'm dying to know more about the autographic feature. Using modern standard 120 film Kodak VC or whatever, will I be able to get an impression with the stylus?

Doesn't that opening and the flap leave you open to light leaks? I usally use a Holga and my approach is to mummify it with gaffers tape. Same approach here with the autographic window and "light safe" film advance window?

  2. I just bought a Brownie and a Kewpie yesterday. Typed Kewpie camera

  3. I have an Epson Perfection 1600 with transparency adaptor. It works

REALLY well and can accept negatives of various sizes up to 4x5. Cost

with adaptor $300. Totally worth it. I use it to check out my

negatives and decide which prints to make. Saves money in the long

run. Keeping in mind though that what you see on a monitor is never

as awe inspiring as a photographic print, it just looses something.
