1. I have a Wide Angle screen made by Bill Maxwell. The screen is

optimised for 75mm focal length, as I recall. I use Schneider 72XL

and it works well with the screen with no noticeable light falloff.

The new SS XL 80mm should be compatible with this screen.

Because I don't want to get bothered with having two screens, one for

wide and the other for normal, I just use the wide angle screen for

my other lens Fuji A 180mm. It works fine with the screen but a

little hard to focus under insufficient light, due to light bending

    effects.

  2. Glenn, the apparent differences from the older version and the

current (supposedly II) seem to be a new stamp button on the upper

right corner and a new padded case, as you can see the picture at

Japanese site. The button stamps "E" on the film envelope; "E" as in

Exposed. Mine, purchased back in two years ago in US is apparently

the older version. I don't know any other mechanical difference yet

    like Sal's suspition.

  3. Glenn, Fuji sells quickload negs in two types, NS and NC in Japan.

The speeds are both 160. Both are Daylight. NS is intended for

portrait. A recommended exposure time is 1/8 sec or faster. NC is

intended for Architecture, interior and commercial works and

tolerates a long exposure. NC is also tolerent to fluorescent light.

These are what Fuji describes according to their web site. I don't

have an experience on them yet.
