You are right, dawn has a magical different kind of light.
Unfortunately I'm more a night person and miss a lot of opportunities like this, great shot, the windmills in the back seems like coming from a dream.

I increased contrast to get the most out of the ocean blue hues. Shot
a bit before Sunset.

I would have cropped it just as the lower shadows begins.
Very nice pic anyway.

the expression of the model is too neutral. And the picture doesnt look too inviting, needs a little bit of warming (or is the problem with scanning?)

I would go to both extremes. I would love to see the bright green or just the silhoutte of the leaves backlit. But the partially lit ones are not apealing to me.
The ideas of directing the strawberry in other direction other than down are very good.

Yup, you are completely right, I left a lot of things out of the picture.
And is not a good one, just wanted to share it in a handy place.

Congratulations, great creativity and imagination.
And specially, patience.
Superb technique. Specially the idea of giving colors to the other pictures.

Amazing shot even if the set up was manipulated, but a lot of pictures in magazines are also manipulated, specially in macro photography. So I don't find this kind of actions to be unusual nor unreal. I guess that using a strobe in the middle of the jungle makes a big difference, also cutting some of the vegetation to have a "nicer and neater" shot, etc.
Hanging the flower-insects down is a very cleaver idea and I applaud it.

What experiences have you got while taking the Sun on a very cloudy
day? Any recomendation?

I would rather be at: http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=529644

different mood, but both of them talk about peace, un-crowded places, and like most of the other readers, love the wather.

I love to take silhouettes and this one is great!
The pose of the girl and the water splashing makes a dance/fight situation. Good timing!

Good idea, I find it a little confusing, but I think it is part of the whole idea not to give a hint of what is in the pict.

The eyes and her expression blurred the rest for me, I even don't care about the necklace (which of course would look nicer if the right portion was straight) or that the lingerie looks so nice.
And also, I think is the best of the serie.
Very well achieved!!

lovely expression.

Thanks a lot for the information, every day I learn a little bit more of everything.

I prefer this over the one with people for sure.
Agree about the little "bumps" on the right side, would be much better without those.
My first impression was that it was a beach chair, but as an exotic animal it also looks great, just wish that it was closer to the camera, taking more of the right corner of the pict.
Good job.

As always, your images catch my eyes so quickly, being them of nature or at the studio.
It's so easy to bypass such a gem like this opportunity to make a great picture.

For me, initially those droplets suggest either a swim in the ocean or taking a shower, not the temperature of the skin. After reading all the opinions, it also would be extenuating physical activity (sports or thinking in terms of eroticsm, foreplay, which considering the theme of the portafoio and the other images would be more apropiate).
The technique, great.

Great, the blue tonality in the floor got me and the details in the hands of the model tells that it was not a blue-filtered picture. Great!!

I like your portfolio in general, but this image caught my attention because of the angles, for me it seem that the chest comes from the left side and the head comes from a different person from the right side of the corner.
I would love a sharper contrast between the texture of the wood, maybe making it darker, with more surface detail.
