Ilan, I think it might be due to my poor scanning job, because it doesn't seem to show up on the prints.

To clarify, I would like to mainly scan 35mm film and slides to assess composition, sharpness, etc., prior to printing on an enlarger.
-
What is the best film scanner for scanning B+W and colour negatives
that will only be looked at on a monitor and on the web, and not be
used for printing. I print on an enlarger (sorry), but like to scan
negatives to assess on my monitor.

I have a question about the VC 28/35 minifinder. I wear glasses
often and the 28 mm framelines are difficult to see in the 0.72
viewfinder. Is it easy to see the 28 mm and 35 mm brightlines in the
minifinder while wearing glasses, or would it be better to get a
dedicated 28 mm finder? I have read previous posts that deal
somewhat with this issue but I didn't see any definite conclusion.

Frank, if you are looking for a Hexar RF, and you live anywhere close to Calgary, check out The Camera Store. They are selling a demo Hexar RF kit that includes the 50, 28 and 90 for $3,200 CAN. You can see it online at www.thecamerastore.com under "clearance".

Does anyone know where I can get an adapter that will allow an AG1
flashbulb to be used in a socket for either an M2 or 25 flashbulb?
Thanks.

I have owned several Rollei 35's for over 20 years. I purchased a 35 SE new about 20 years ago and have run over 1,000 rolls of film through it to date, and it is still working like the day it came out of the box. IMO they are capable of producing fantastic images. Although initially difficult to use, once you get used to it, it becomes second nature. Like my M6, this is a camera I will never sell.

My father, who does not have access to the internet, is considering
selling his Minolta CLE kit. It includes the 28, 40 and 90 Minolta
lens', as well as a special camera bag made by Minolta to carry
everything, and the flash. All of it is in mint condition. Can
anyone help me out and let me know roughly what he should ask for it
all?

This might be a stupid question, but is there such a thing as perspective control lens for a Leica M?
-
This may be a stupid question, but I haven't seen it answered elsewhere in this forum. What is the difference between a chrome lens and a black lens other than the weight and material used? Does one have an advantage over the other (e.g. more durable, lens susceptible to scratches, etc.)
