You managed to keep a large number of the flowers in the same plane of focus.  It's a nice composition too.

The buildings in this photo are not in Clifton. They are in Passaic. Years ago, during another downturn in the economy I looked at office space in the tall building. I like the photo and how it shows the smaller building in the foreground. Until about 1969 the Erie Lackawana railroad went right into downtown Passaic, near these buildings. It was moved to the Park section of Passaic, named for Third Ward Park, and is now called NJ Transit. I lived in that section of Passaic, walking distance from these buildings, for twelve years.

I really like this shot. Some people might like a spider photo to be taken outside. Over a long period of time insects have shown that they can adapt to any kind of structure we build. That's why the background is so good.

Your photos look like ones I remember from someone named Henry Edelson in High School. Did you have a Pentax Spotmatic II and later a Nikon in High School?

The only thing which might improve this photo is havng the bird on the left turn slightly so its eye is more visible. I still like the photo as it is.
