    Hi, I was found stand with Sakar products in Photo exhibition (Bratislava, Slovakia) in april 98. They offer the cheapest plastic photo equipment (binoculars,P&S, tripods, etc.). I`m not expert for quality but... (top quality binocular for 30USD...)
