I want to print B&W only on high quality 8.5x11 paper. What is the current state of the art printer setup for doing this?

EPSON has developed substantial expertise in the area of microlens arrays. They use them
to "straighten out" randomly oriented light from metal halide lamps in there LCD
projectors. It is why they are so small and bright.
Makes sense to me that they grafted their microlens array onto a CCD and stuck it in a VC
body.
We can only hope!!!!!!!!

I've spent a lot of time with the Tibetans.
You've done a brilliant job of capturing their essence.

I'm shooting in natural light and thought I might try out one of those hand held
digital meters. The Sekonic 308 is appealing since it is small and does
everything I need. My dealer says go for the 358. I'd appreciate your advice.

I disagree 100%. I think it is real service to the brotherhood to
offer items to the group before they are offered to the "rest of the
world."

Don't forget the Hexanon 28/2.8. It has received many rave
reviews.

Can you supply link to the aforementioned thread? I would like to
read it before a make a comment, other than it sounds right on.

Clog up the server!? You've got to be kidding! Hardisk space
costs between one and two dollars a GIGABYTE. A typical thread
takes up at most a few KILOBYTES.

For the mathematically disinclined, a kilobyte is a MILLIONTH of
a gigabyte.
