I do not think that it can be assume that the monoflex viewer can be used on the Galvin. I an not sure of the design of the monoflex but I would be surprised it it would fit because of the way that the Galvin ground glass assembly swings back.

Does anyone Know where I can obtain a recessed lens board for a 2X3 Galvin View camera. I plan on using a 65 mm lens.

I am considering purchasing a 65mm Mamiya f'6.3 lens in a Compur 0 shutter to be used with a 2X3 Crown Graphic and a 2X3 Galvin. Can anyone provide information on the quality of this lens and the amount of coverage I can expect. I

I use both a 2X3 Century Graphic and a 2X3 Galvin View. I modified a Galvin lens board to accept a graphic lens board so that I don't have to change lens boards. All of my equipment fits into one bag including four lenses and a couple of backs.( I also have polaroid back for the Galvin.) The Century Graphic can be used hand held when necessary. With this outfit I can handle almost any commercial, industrial, portrait assignment. I hardly use my 35mm or other medium format equipment because of the versility of this 2X3 system.

I would consider a Zone VI modified spot meter available from Calumet. I have been using a Soligor meter that was modified by Zone VI for several years. These meters are by far the most accurate available.
