Thanks for comments, This image is made from two shots merged become one (used photoshop for that). No treatment used, only changed a bit the lighting and contrast in photoshop CS. I shot this with natural light (not direct), close to the window, afternoon light, and the background is a bed sheet! Camera : Nikon D200, Lens : Nikkor Macro 105 mm, flash SB 800 (bounced).
