While the "official" photographer was busy with cookbook shots I was
busy capturing more relaxed, candid shots. My gift to the newlyweds is
a nice album, with several enlargements, and a CD of all the digital
images I shot...

This photo just quacks me up!

What do you think? This is a foyer/hallway at the San Diego Convention
Center. I thought the converging lines were interesting...

Just wanted to pass this on for fun. I was pretty amazed that I
actually caught this. They were moving very fast...
The original image at 100% shows each pilot in great detail...really

The original B & W is much better

Took me a second to see it...a meat grinder! Cool!

Cropping would improve the image significantly.

Yellow blob in the background distracts from the watch.

Gat rid of the building! The model is terrific all by herself!

The frame is rather distracting...

My first good outing with my new Canon D60. Tried to find new
perspectives on the oft-photographed animals at the zoo...

Awesome image!

This is cool. My first thought was...Darth Vader! The different highlights really make you think about what light sources are at play (e.g., night vision goggles?). Neat photo!

I like this photo. I am planning a trip to the coast this fall to see if I can get some similar shots.
I wonder if this photo would be improved by cropping out the ocean and leaving the sail juxtaposed to the sky...something to try in Photoshop?
Best regards, Ed

Horizon should be flat...try cropping a bit....

That blade of grass between her legs is very distracting...

Actually the original print is very fine...very little grain. The grain crept in from the scanning and editing processs...converting to jpg format.

Nice collage....subtle & pleasant...

I took the advice of others, cropped the original image...I think it
looks better...what do you think?
(Original photo in my "Kenya People Images" folder).

One of the women who helps us with meals at our medical clinics in
Kenya. She was just relaxing after cooking a lunch...
Would the photo look better if it was cropped tighter? Or leave it
alone?

I love this photo! It conveys a beautiful sense of peace and contentment. Terrific job...
