Pre-PhotoShop sandwich of two transparencies, printed onto

Cibachrome circa 1976. Scanned for archiving (including the dust),

but noooooooooooooo PhotoShop!

Double exposed on film (yes, film)! Tripod sand-bagged, legs buried

two feet deep to ensure stability. First shot of moonrise done with

800mm lens on Canon F1 body at about 4 AM. Shot entire roll as moon

came up, then rewound film carefully until film leader disengaged

from transport. Reloaded film (yes, I used a grease pencil to index

mark the film), and shot series of bracketed pre-sunrise (about 7 AM)

shots. I then went home to bed.
