1. Steve,

but I know that 100/2.4 is not possible to use with 1.4 converter,

because rear group of the lens would touch the converter.

Pentax specification says that this converter (1.4x) is recommended

    for lenses 200mm and more.

So I am wonder if this true for new 100/4 macro also.

  2. I have 67 II, and can say that I cannot feel or notice any shutter

vibration. My longest lens is 200 and I use tripod all the time

(manfrotto 055 NAT) and I did not find any problem. I am not able to

compare it with old 67 as I have not use one.

  3. I have three lenses (55/4, 100/4, 200/4) form my 67II and I am planing to buy another two 45/4 and 75/4.5. Now I would like to buy set of filters for those lenses. First three lenses have 77mm thread and other two ones have 82mm thread. I am thinking about Cokin X (profi line for threads up to 112 mm) filters - does anybody have it ? or about BW MC filters. Can you advise your experiences with filters, which do you use. Do resin filters have any coating ? Is possible to use 77mm filter with step down ring on 77/4.5 as I feel that this lens has bigger front lens than is necessary. I would appreciate any suggestion. p.s. other brands like LEE, Linhof etc. are very difficult to get here in Czech.
  4. Does anybody have that adapter ?

Is it worth to buy it and get LF movements with your MF ?

    Thanks for any info

If you do not know what I am talking about look at www.zoerk.com

  5. I have a Pentax 67II with two lenses - 55/4 and 200/4. On the 55/4 the aperture is not symmetrical octagon as nicely as on 200/4. It is in the middle but not symmetrical. Did anybody noticed the same problem, does it effect image quality ? Should I return that lens (is bright new) or it is not problem at all. I appreciate any suggestion on that.

    Thank you.

  6. Steve, I am quite new in MF and most of my knowledge is based on

experiences with 35mm format. In small format (35mm) lenses are

redesigned in much shorter period, especially last few years. It is

mostly because producers want to use more and more ED and/or

aspherical elements to improve lens quality. It is interesting how

slower time goes in medium format in comparison with 35mm. I just

order 67II system with two lenses 55 and 200mm so I wanted to get

some details about it. I just have not decided about standard lens. I

am thinking about new 100 macro or 135 macro. Can somebody help me ?

  7. Hi all,

I would like to know when were introduced lenses for 67.

I am mostly curious about those lenses which have

    new (computer) design.

    I now know only about 55/4, 200/4 and new 55-100/4.5 & 100/4 macro.

Can anybody know relase date of each lense ?

    I appreciate any information.

    Thanks

p.s. Does anybody here have 100/4 macro and could comment its quality?

  8. As 67 II is available here in Czech already, I am before

final decision whether buy 645N or 67II.

I would like to hear you experience - preferable form

people who migrate from one system to another and why.

I am going to use that system from tripod most of the time,

so 67II would be the answer, but 645N looks so nice and

have other possibilities to use advantages of that camera

would be nice. I do not make bigger enlargements than 50x60 cm.

So can you give me some advise ?

    Thank you all.

    Pavel
