I realize this needs some sharpening...I dont have photoshop here,

so I did not do it. If anyone else wants to see if the softness can

be salvaged, that would be great. Please tell me what you think.

It was just kind of a quick, off the cuff shot, and I ended up

really liking it. Thanks for the input!

intriguing...I feel like Im missing something on the horizon though. It might be nice to see some more horizon.

Looks like a shadowbox. Very cool. I like the distance and lack of detail. Kinda dollhouse-y.

Id love to hear comments. I wanted to crop more off center, but I

also wanted the bird on the right. I didnt think it worked cropped

off to the right like that. What do you think? Or am I just biased

toward this photo because its at my cottage?

Well, I give you credit for creativity, and the shot is well done. Great picture if you ask me. And hey...the cat was hunting. Animals need to eat too. And sometimes they want fresh leftovers!

Should I frame out the sun? Or does it help?

This shot actually does have resolution in the face. Maybe its just my computer, but I think Im having trouble figuring out how to scan these properly. Any suggestions? Output resolution?

The original print has more definition in the left portion of the frame. The scan just does not show this. Perhaps I should crop the side off? I'm sort of new at getting good scans too!

Please tell me what you think of this and my other (3) pictures. I

REALLY love this stuff and want to get better and make some of my

pictures look as good as some of yours!!
