I'm really not sure if I'd leave the smudge on her arm or not... I like the image of a young woman confident about her body, and you've made nice use of available sunlight.

Nice idea. Great opportunity shot. Excellent leading lines, leave them in whatever anyone tells you. Some of the upper background should probably be cropped. This would place more of the focus on the sleeping gir, as well as take her out of the dead center of the frame. I'd crop out the person looking over her back, and maybe add some blurriness to the girl peeking over her head. All in all a pretty good photo.
