Hi! I've been working with Adobe premiere for quite awhile now. Could you shed some light on what compression settings u are using and what video capture/rendering machine? matrox? pinnacle? Here are some suggestions you could try in the meantime:
1. Set your compression settings to 100% use a pixel aspect of atleast 320x240 min.! 720x480 is pretty decent.
2. Your captured footage may be be set at a lower resolution than your final output.
3. Your original footage may be in low light and causes fuzziness, blurriness and pixelation.
4. Use compressed video by cinepak, indeo, or microsoft avi'
5. Low memory
6. Low disk space.
Please give more details as there are really a lot of possibilities.
