In the Elan 7 it doesnt outwardly appear to have spot metering only

a partial metering that reads the 5 blocks in and around the center

focusing point.

From what ive read people have talked about its lack of spot

metering as a weak point.

In the manual though for evaluative metering it states that in

manual mode,that the metering is linked only to the center focussing

point.

Now i might be missing something but would this not be spot metering?
