This photo speaks of the irresponsibility of contractors towards employers in 3rd world countries. 

Instead of industrial mask and protective glasses, his own shirt will do the trick

Amr, there is no effects on the photo. Light bulb did not function on this particular pic so the original photo was too dark. I just use a basic PS to bright the photo and that´s it. The effect is the result of poor light
