Mari, looking at the pictures you have in this folder, i have a hard time deciding which to look at first. You have a great eye for composition !

I was surprised by the number of them i saw that morning(over a dozen), but not by the crowd of people (easily twice as many as there were spoonbills) who were admiring them. It was getting on mid-day, and these four were kind enough to stand in some shade where their color didn't get washed out.

I would have liked to not have the branch just behind the head, but I
had a very limited angle to shoot from.
