I like this picture. It is a little nostalgic and has a mood, IMHO. Even dark corners looks good on this particular picture. I probably turn camera a little bit to the left.

Sorry to say it, but this picture is boring. Composition is weak, no point of interest. If I would take this picture and stones are the point of interest, I will take it from shorter distance, and probably from left or right side. Also I will point camera a little bit up. If people needs to be present on the picture I will ask them do something interesting. For example, look up to the top of the stone. People should be bigger than an ant.
I like the overall color of the picture, but I doubt that trees are black.
p.s. Most of my pictures got worse comments from me when I pick them up from the lab :)
