Very nice, John. I do very much like this. (As you know, I have a partiality to reclining nudes captured from behind .... LOL.)
-
Nicely captured, nicely scanned, nicely processed.

This photo has a very nice appeal as a candid glamour shot. Your lighting is just about perfect, and the sense of a spontaneous moment makes it memorable. Thanks for this.

Again, absolutely beautifully done. This is a very worth series. Is the toning from a selenium bath or in PS?
-
I love the soft look to this, especially the undulating contrast of the drapery. Nicely done.

I presume it is the same model. By putting her leg more in shadow you've solved the problem noted with the last image. I like the greater passion here, too. Nice capture (although I'm concerned that the lighting on her torso does not feel 100% true -- some darkroom or Photoshop dodging here?).
-
Unfortunately, the pose and lighting does not work with this model. Too much cellulite in her legs that this lighting makes all too obvious.
-
Nice. I especially like the negative space on the right.
-
Superb tonings, superb setting. One of the best of the series.
-
I like your shadings and tonings here. The model has some "meat" on her, and I like the way it shows.

Kathleed, I like this series a lot. The photos have some technical problems, but that may be in the scan (if that is how you got the photos digital), but your poses are pretty much right on. BTW, do you know Wayne Quillam or Michael Marlborough? Both do figure work in Oz, Wayne near Canberra (I think) and Michael near Sydney (I think).

Nice study. I wonder if the model had rotated her arm, thus eliminating the dimpled elbow, the two clean diagonal lines (thigh and arm) would have been even more powerful?

Gorgeous color, a decent composition, and razor sharp.

Lots of fun in this photo. Thanks for an original view of a subject we all too often imbue with too much gravity.
-
Beautiful photograph. I love the deep, dense colors, while for the most part retaining fine detail. I wish the out-of-focus foliage at lower right had been cut down before you took the photo. Perhaps you should try to clone it out in PS. I'd rate it higher if that were gone.

Nice pose, nice lighting, nice toning. Did you do more with this model? I'd say they should well be worth posting.
-
Beautiful landscape. Caught my eye. And I think you are correct in bifurcating the image between sky and ground.

An interesting series, some more successful than others. By and large, I would have preferred less dramatic lighting. I recommend you "live" with this series for awhile and then return to the subject; it is one worth exploring at greater length.

You have done a very nice job in capturing the tonalities of the dark wood and details of the stairway. I also very much like your choice of slightly sepia, warm toning. However, I would have liked to have seen more detail in the highlights, thus making them less bright. Since you took the photo digitally, and I presume ran the image through Photoshop, if you had taken two exposures with the second designed to show detail in the window and in the highlight on the stairs, it would have reduced the brightness which draws my gaze overly much. I trust you are familiar with the technique, but if not, I've discussed it on my site. Thanks for this photo.

Very nicely done. The extremes of light here are obviously tremendous, and I'd say you have done well to strike the right middle ground. I particularly like the nearer fern. Although colors would be very interesting, I think B&W is the correct choice here.

Very, very nice. I am seldom drawn to landscapes these days, but this one grabbed my attention for the wonderful composition, the light slanting through haze, and the rich colors. Very well done!

Even without your explanation, this is a fine photograph. The gentle curve and beautiful face in profile show the care taken with lighting and pose. I am a little concerned about some odd dots and stuff at the very bottom that seem incongruous in context of the smooth curve of the model's body.
