NIKON D 100 in Nikon Posted November 3, 2002 Digital Cameras follow Moors Rule more or less. That is to say, the same computer/digital camera will be half in price every 18 months. Especially since the Digital SLRs are being put in 35mm camera bodies so the expense is in the R&D of the electronics and very little else. Out side of the dust getting on the CCD issue (which all digital SLRs have) it's a great camera for most of the shooting that I do. If it does what you want/need it to do then get it. If you can't afford it wait. If you really don't need it then keep waiting until you need a given feature set and that will always be cheaper the longer you wait. Cheers. Stephen
