I like the photo but have no hope of viewing this, or many of your others, on my 17 inch monitor and that is just the medium size. I think that if they were a little smaller, one could appreciate the whole a little better. Admittedly, it is tricky with a portrait oriented photo.

Does this count as street photography. I did snap whilst wondering

around the streets.

When I saw the thumbnail photo I thought the bird was sitting on a helicopter. That would be cool... I like this shot though.

If I am ever taking a photo of a fly screen manufacturer, I might just try this technique. Love the photo.

This is a comment that I may not feel the same about tomorrow. There have been so many people claiming that the homeless want to be noticed. I have very little experience of homeless people as I am not in the city much but, with my one recent foray into Sydney, I got the distinct impression that homeless people had the same general wish for anonymity that the rest of us get when in a crowded place. Be it a city or a lift, I am sure that most people don't really want to be noticed and picked out as different. Not taking notice of people living in the street ("becoming blind like other NYC residents" to badly quote another post) is, to me, like not looking in the window of someones house.

I like the photo. I thought I did not like the recognisable car in the background but then I realised that gives the photo more context. Great photo!

I think that this is a wonderful example of what a phot should be for one major reason: the passion that it has evoked in the people that have viewed it. It can also mean so many things to different people.
